Policies and Procedures

    For all appointments:
  • Should cancellation of appointment become necessary, please call (585) 598-3689 at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment and leave a message.
  • Gia reserves the right to charge for all non-cancelled unkept appointments ($30 returned check fee).
  • Payment by credit card, debit card, cash or personal check made out to Gia Riccelli is due upon completion of treatment.
    As applies to Electrolysis treatments:
  • Treatment provided only upon prior completed consultation with Gia
  • Scheduled appointment time is beginning treatment time.
  • Treatment time is billed in 15 minute increments.
  • Treatment time begins with first epilation and ends with last epilation unless there is cataphoresis (used to decrease redness and calm nerves after galvanic, blend or multi-probe modalities).
  • There is an additional charge applied for the galvanic multi-probe modality. 16 sterilized, disposable multi-modality specific probes are used per visit with a cost pass-through of $20.
